Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an athlete sponsored by the company. Ariel Khadr began her fitness career at age 16 when she gave up the sport of gymnastics. Her Professional Card was awarded a year later, when she was 17, she was a professional athlete. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is supported by Ariel Khadr. Ariel Khadr began her fitness modeling career when she was just 16 at which point she stopped gymnastics. At the age of 17, she received her Professional Card a year after. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest person ever. Ariel was forced to take a hiatus of six years from performing after earning her pro card to pursue her studies. In 2015 she re-entered the stage, and took part at high-level competitions, such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. After her initial show for several years, setting bigger targets each year. In 2009 she won the titles of four other fitness contests. In 2009, she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She became the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel was able to take 6 years to complete her degree when she earned the Pro Card. Then she returned in October 2015 with her debut IFBB Fitness Pro in The 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. In the end, she was 3rd overall at the event. She was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016 and was able to qualify to compete in the Fitness Olympia. In the span of three months, Ariel stepped onto the Olympia stage and took 6th place in the Fitness Division. She had no expectations before the competition. Ariel claims she was more than happy of her placing. She was up against the best. Ariel's body continues to grow every year. Ariel's favorite body part to work out is her back. Ariel's typical back exercise consists of lat pulldowns with a single arm as well as pullups with machines, and bent-over rows. The warm-up phase is typically done prior to an actual exercise. Ariel is also extremely efficient with her time. Ariel accomplishes this through supersettings on all of her exercises in the back. This involves three to four sets of 10-12 repetitions.
